Welcome to the 2005 SOUTHWEST SOCCER Winter CLASSIC

Younger's B/G U09 - U14 - TBA
Olders B/G U15 - U19 - TBA

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all competitive teams. Travel papers (when applicable,) team roster, copies of birth certificates, signed players insurance releases, loan forms, and laminated player passes with photos are required for entry. All Cal-South teams must have 2004-2005 player passes. Single age brackets determined.

LOAN PLAYERS
Teams will be allowed UNLIMITED borrowed players accompanied with laminated player cards, medical release forms and State travel papers (when applicable.)

GAMES
All games will be played at the John Blanch Memorial Soccer Complex.
Each team is guaranteed three (3) games (weather permitting.)
Preliminary and semi-final games:
U09 - U13 will play 50 minute games
U14 - U19 will play 60 minute games
All games will have 5 minute halves.
All championship games will be regulation time, per age group.
All U09 & U10 games will play 8 aside.
All games will be officiated by USSF Referees.

TEAM FEES
U09 - U10 $TBA per team
U11 - U19 $TBA per team
A $20.00 late fee will apply to all applications reveived after the deadline.

REGISTRATION PRODEDURE
Mail your completed registration form and cashiers check, certified check or money order, made out to Southwest SC, to Southwest SC, PO Box 2365, Temecula, CA 92593-2365 to the attention of Lori Sappington
Your registration form and team fee must be received by TBA.
NO REFUNDS AFTER TBA.
